Refund policy

At Ion Mods, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

3D Printed Parts

Standard 3D printed parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • It has not been modified, painted, drilled, or damaged.
  • It is returned in its original packaging where possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

    Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

    International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by your country's customs authority.

    These charges:

    • Are not included in your order total.
    • Are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Are not paid or reimbursed by Ion Mods.

    Refused Shipments

    Refusing delivery due to unpaid import duties, customs fees, taxes, or brokerage charges is not a valid reason for a refund.

    If an order is refused or abandoned because import fees are not paid:

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Any customs charges, return shipping costs, or carrier fees incurred will be deducted from any refund, if applicable.
    • Custom-made products, including all decals and graphics, remain non-refundable even if the shipment is refused.

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the product
    • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

    We'll review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

    Order Cancellations

    If the shipping label has already been purchased you may not cancel the order. But there may be an opportunity for a partial refund, store credit.

    If you want to cancel an order make sure you contact us as quick as possible.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. we require photographs along with your email explaining the damage within the 24 - 48 hour period of receiving your product.
